Olympic Archery in Schools (OAS)

About the Program

The Easton Sports Development Foundation created a unique program to promote the sport of archery in our schools. Our teaching system was developed by world renowned Olympic archery coaches and is being offered to schools wishing to participate. For a limited time, the program will provide all necessary equipment and professional training to the teachers and school.

The Goal

The Easton Sports Development Foundation is working towards developing future Olympic team members and gold medal hopefuls. Although Olympic level archers will be a small percentage of those who participate in the sport, all children enjoy the sport of archery

Teacher Certification

We are offering a number of Teacher Certification classes this year. These classes are free of charge and are open to faculty and staff of middle and high schools in California who are interested in adding the OAS program to their curriculum.

Please click here for a list of dates.

If you are a teacher or school administrator interested in starting an OAS program at your school, please fill out our New School Information Form. An OAS representative will then let you know how to register for an upcoming certification class and help you prepare everything you need to have archery at your school.

For more information, email Keaton Chia, the OAS Program Supervisor, at kchia@esdf.org, or Idida Briones at ibriones@esdf.org
